❓ Do troops count?

📘 Current official position:

TROOP POWER HAS A VERY LOW IMPACT.

This does not necessarily mean zero.

Kingshot is working on a future algorithm intended to exclude it completely, but its deployment has not yet been publicly confirmed.

❌ No.

Losing an entire month of queues would be far more harmful than the small potential matchmaking impact avoided.

During Prep:

❓ Can I naturally promote my troops?

✅ Yes, if doing so keeps your camps active and genuinely improves your army.

But a major promotion using speedups must wait for the right Prep day.

🟠 Avoid it when it can wait a few days.

The available Troop Level is documented as a compatibility criterion.

❓ Does killing or dismissing my troops reduce matchmaking?

❌ Do not do it.

The current impact of troops is already stated to be very low, and documented responses indicate that removing them cannot manipulate the outcome.

Leaving the Academy idle for a month represents time permanently lost.

❓ Can I collect Hero Shards?

✅ Yes.

COLLECT ≠ USE

Obtain free shards, buy those offering good value, and save them.

Using them for ascension increases Hero Power and may earn points during Prep.

🟠 Hero Power is one of the documented modules.

During the Soft Freeze:

❌ No.

Arena and KvK use different matchmaking systems.

Those whales show that our environment contains large accounts, but they do not reveal our future opponent.

❓ Should I increase my Power to enter the Duel of the Elites?

❌ Not without a kingdom order.

The Duel selects the Top 150 by Power, but a Power Up immediately before matchmaking may conflict with our strategy.

The collective benefit must be calculated before any race for rank 150.

❓ Can we spend everything on Sunday?

🚫 No.

When the opponent appears, matchmaking is normally locked.

But Prep does not begin until the next day.

Spending on Sunday provides:

🎯 M3 is an excellent objective when its cost remains reasonable.

But:

M3 IS AN OBJECTIVE, NOT AN OBLIGATION AT ANY COST.

❓ How do I obtain a Kingdom Medal?

📘 You must:

1️⃣ reach all three daily chests; 2️⃣ claim them manually.

You then receive a Kingdom Medal.

Medal Rewards begin at two medals.

❓ Should we spend our entire stock to win?

❌ No.

The goal is not to produce the highest score imaginable.

The goal is to:

FINISH AHEAD OF THE OPPONENT.

If part of the stock is enough:

❓ Is the rule of 60% used / 40% saved fixed?

❌ No.

It was an example.

Depending on the opponent, we may need:

• 30% • 60% • 90% • exceptionally, almost everything

The right amount is the one that allows us to win with a sufficient margin.

❓ Is winning four days out of five enough?

It is the total cumulative score that matters.

❓ Can I change alliances during Prep?

📘 Yes, but:

• points earned in Alliance A remain with Alliance A; • new points begin after you join Alliance B; • ranking rewards depend on your alliance at tally time; • each phase chest can only be claimed once per day.

DO NOT CHANGE WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.

❓ Can I change alliances during the Battle Phase?

📘 The game technically allows it, but your points are reset.

A change may also disrupt:

❓ Does winning Prep mean winning KvK?

❌ No.

Winning Prep:

We still have to conquer the opposing Castle.

❓ How do we win the Castle?

📘 One alliance must:

🏰 hold the Castle for 2 hours and 30 minutes consecutively

OR, if no one manages to do so:

🏰 have the longest cumulative occupation time after five hours.

⚠️ The timer belongs to each alliance separately.

The times of several alliances from the same kingdom are not added together.

Kills do not replace the Castle timer.

❓ If we win Prep, are our cities protected?

❌ No.

Only our King’s Castle is protected from conquest.

Unshielded cities can still be attacked during the Battle Phase.

❓ Can I activate a shield immediately after attacking?

❌ Not during Battle Frenzy.

📘 Attacking or scouting may trigger a 30-minute Battle Frenzy.

During this period:

❓ Does Batch Heal work during KvK?

✅ Yes.

Your usual method remains valid:

SMALL QUEUE → ALLIANCE HELP → CLAIM → REPEAT

It allows you to gradually empty the Infirmary and return soldiers to combat.

❓ Is a one-hour queue always optimal?

❌ Not for every alliance.

It depends on:

If one hour is completely removed by Alliance Help:

Otherwise:

When it reaches capacity, additional losses may die.

❌ No.

📘 If the Prep winner conquers the opposing Castle:

It is not automatically:

📘 They automatically become invalid at the beginning of Kingdom of Power, even if their stated duration had not ended.

For transfers, kingdom Power is based on its overall strength and activity, not directly on the outcome of KvK or Castle Battle.
