1. Purpose and acceptance

By creating an account or using service features, you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The covered service is KingSlayer Labs, available at kingslayerlabs.com. It is published on a non-professional basis by a private individual (see “Publisher and host”).

2. Publisher and host

3. Eligibility and account

• You must be legally able to accept these terms or have permission from your legal representative.
• You provide an accessible email address and accurate account and game information and update it when it changes.
• You protect and do not reuse your password and promptly report unauthorized access. KingSlayer Labs will never ask for your Kingshot password.
• The account is personal. You are responsible for actions carried out through a session you authorized.

4. Service description

KingSlayer Labs provides tools for writing, versioning, publishing, and controlled sharing of guides, with features linked to characters, alliances, and kingdoms. Available features evolve over time.

The service is free. An optional “Support the project” page lets you make a one-off donation on Ko-fi: a donation gives no perk of any kind, and no payment or bank data goes through this site. Any future paid offer will come with suitable information and commercial terms before purchase.

5. Your content and its visibility

You retain your rights in text and images you create or import and warrant that you have the permissions required to use them.

You grant KingSlayer Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide license limited to the content-retention period solely to host, back up, technically convert, and display it according to your visibility choices.

Drafts are private. You explicitly choose whether a published version is visible to signed-in members, an alliance, a kingdom, or the public. You must check the audience before each publication.

Versioning supports restoration but is not a substitute for your own backup of important content.

6. Prohibited uses

You must not use the service to:

• break the law, evade sanctions, or facilitate unlawful activity;
• publish content that infringes another person’s rights, privacy, or reputation;
• test, bypass, or weaken security without prior written authorization;
• harass, threaten, impersonate, expose private data, or organize public shaming;
• access another person’s account, content, or scope without authorization;
• transmit malware, automate abusive requests, overload the service, or disrupt its operation.

7. Independence, trademarks, and game information

KingSlayer Labs is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the publisher of Kingshot. Kingshot and related marks belong to their respective owners.

Content may come from users, observations, or models. It may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate and is not official information, a guarantee of in-game results, or financial or legal advice.

The application, brand, interface, code, and original content remain protected by applicable rights. No right is transferred without express permission.

8. Availability and evolution

KingSlayer Labs uses reasonable measures to provide a safe and available service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or complete absence of errors. Maintenance, incidents, or outside events may interrupt it.

Features may be added, fixed, limited, or removed for security, compliance, viability, or product-evolution reasons. Material changes affecting your rights will be appropriately announced.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be proportionately limited or suspended for a violation, security risk, abuse, or legal requirement. Unless urgent or prohibited by law, the user may receive an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to remedy or challenge the decision.

You may stop using the service and request account closure through the Contact page. Remaining data is handled under the privacy policy.

10. Liability

You remain responsible for your game decisions, publications, and verification of information before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, KingSlayer Labs is not liable for indirect losses caused by user content, an in-game decision, or a third-party service.

Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights, fraud, intentional or gross fault, and death or personal injury.

11. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated to reflect the service or applicable law. The new date will be displayed, and material changes will not apply retroactively. Reasonable notice will be provided where required.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law without depriving a consumer of more protective mandatory rules in their country of residence.

If a problem arises, contact KingSlayer Labs first to seek an amicable solution. Otherwise, mandatory jurisdiction rules and available remedies remain fully available.
